AI agents and automations
An agent carries out a task from start to finish; an automation takes repeated steps out of your team's day. We define with you what the agent is allowed to do, which systems it connects to and what it should do when it is not sure.
AI models, integrations and mathematical models
The approach follows the problem: a hosted AI model through an API, machine learning on your data, or a mathematical model when the answer has to be exact. NovaOracles is that last case: its readings rest on an astronomy engine that computes planetary positions to the arcminute.
From architecture to deployment
The same team designs the system architecture, data and integrations, builds the backend and AI functionality, tests it and puts it into production. You do not have to coordinate a design agency, an AI vendor and a separate developer.
Integration into existing systems
We analyse the system you already run and add AI where it helps: a process automation, an agent or a custom tool for your team. You do not need to rebuild the product first.

How a project runs
An AI project follows the same eight steps as every OZGN Studio project. Strategy & Planning comes first: the goal, the users, and what the AI should and should not do. In Product Architecture we choose the models, the data and the integrations. Design and development follow, then testing and launch.
One team is responsible for both design and technology, so the person who plans an agent's behaviour works next to the person who builds its backend. Ownership of the design and code created for your project is defined at the start. We start with your goals, users and the problem the product needs to solve. We define the functionality, technology approach, scope and development stages before we start building.
02 · Product Architecture
We design how the product works under the hood - system architecture, data, API integrations, AI models and external services. We select technologies based on the product's requirements, performance and potential for future growth.
05 · Backend & AI
We build the logic behind the product - backend systems, databases, API integrations, automations and AI functionality. The architecture is designed with security, stability and scalability in mind.
06 · Testing
We test functionality, interfaces, integrations, performance and security. We identify and resolve issues before they reach real users.
08 · Launch & Growth
We deploy the product to its live environment - web, App Store, Google Play or the required infrastructure. We monitor its performance after launch and can continue with maintenance, optimization and the development of new features.
