What's included

Websites and web applications

A company website that presents your services clearly, or a web application with accounts, data and business logic behind the interface. Both go through the same process, from structure to launch.

Structure and UX/UI design

We map user flows and page structure with wireframes and prototypes before the visual design, and we work on the design with you until the final direction is approved. UI decides how the site looks; UX decides how easily people find what they came for.

Frontend development

The approved design becomes a fast, responsive interface that works on phones, tablets and desktops. Performance and accessibility are built in during development, which also gives technical SEO a solid base.

Backend and integrations

Databases, APIs and the logic behind forms, accounts, payments or dashboards, plus integrations with the services your business already uses. The architecture is designed for security, stability and scalability.

Testing, launch and the SEO foundation

Before launch we test functionality, interfaces, integrations, performance and security, and prepare the content, metadata and technical SEO foundation. Then we deploy the site to its live environment and monitor how it runs.

Who it's for

  • Companies that need a new website that is fast, secure and easy to extend, with design and development handled by one team instead of two.
  • Businesses that have outgrown a template and need custom functionality, integrations or a structure that search engines read properly.
  • Founders launching a web product, such as a SaaS or a platform like Plainhub, where the web application is the business itself.
  • Teams with an existing site that need one part rebuilt: a new module, an integration, the frontend, the backend or performance work.

How a project runs

A website project runs through our full process. Strategy & Planning comes first: goals, users, scope and development stages. Product Architecture settles the data, integrations and technologies. UX/UI design follows with wireframes and prototypes, and only then do frontend and backend development start. Testing, content and the technical SEO foundation come before launch.

At OZGN Studio, web design and web development are part of the same process. One team is responsible for both, so the approved design is the design that gets built. Ownership of the design and code made for your project is defined at the start. After launch a support period is included, and we can stay on for maintenance, optimization and new features. If you are budgeting, our guide to web design cost explains what drives the price.

01 · Strategy & Planning

We start with your goals, users and the problem the product needs to solve. We define the functionality, technology approach, scope and development stages before we start building.

03 · UX/UI Design

We map user flows and structure through wireframes and prototypes before designing each interface. We work closely with you throughout the design process until the final direction is approved.

04 · Frontend Development

We turn the approved design into a fast, responsive and precisely developed interface for web or mobile. Performance, accessibility and a seamless user experience are built into the development process from the start.

05 · Backend & AI

We build the logic behind the product - backend systems, databases, API integrations, automations and AI functionality. The architecture is designed with security, stability and scalability in mind.

06 · Testing

We test functionality, interfaces, integrations, performance and security. We identify and resolve issues before they reach real users.

08 · Launch & Growth

We deploy the product to its live environment - web, App Store, Google Play or the required infrastructure. We monitor its performance after launch and can continue with maintenance, optimization and the development of new features.

How a project starts

Everything starts by email, at hello@ozgnstudio.com.

  1. Write to us. Describe the site you have or want, who it is for and what a visitor should do there.
  2. We reply within one business day. We read it and answer with questions about your goals, your users and the problem to solve, or tell you honestly if the project is not a fit.
  3. We agree the scope. Functionality, technology approach, scope and development stages are defined before building starts, as in the first step of our process.
  4. Terms, then kickoff. Confidentiality and ownership of the design and code are settled in clear terms before work begins, and the project opens with Strategy & Planning.

From our work

Plainhub is a web application we designed, developed and launched: a live financial model for startups where founders record events in plain words and cash, burn, MRR and runway recompute on the spot. It runs in any browser on desktop, tablet or phone, and a public demo on a sample company opens without an account.

  • A built-in AI finance agent works on the company's own numbers.
  • A live demo opens without an account.

FREQUENTLY ASKED

Questions

What's the difference between web design and web development?

Web design defines how a product looks and how users interact with it. Development turns that design into a working product - including frontend, backend, databases, API integrations and the required infrastructure. At OZGN, both are part of the same process. In practice, the person who designed a screen can check how it was built, and a change in the design does not have to travel between two companies. For you that means one brief, one team and one point of contact from the first wireframe to the live site.

Do you build web applications as well as websites?

Yes. We create both websites and web applications. A website presents a business and its services; a web application does work for its users, with accounts, data, business logic and integrations behind the interface. Plainhub, a financial platform for startups that we designed and built, is a web application: it recomputes cash, burn, MRR and runway live from what founders record, and runs in any browser. The process is the same for both, from structure and design to frontend, backend, testing and launch.

How much does a website cost?

It depends on the scope: the number of pages and features, the complexity of the design, the integrations, and whether you need a company website or a web application. That is why we do not quote one price for every project. Scope is defined in the first step of our process, Strategy & Planning, before development starts. If you want to estimate a budget beforehand, our guide to web design cost explains what drives the price. Tell us about your project and we will get back to you within one business day.

Why do both UI and UX matter?

UI determines how an interface looks, while UX determines how intuitive and easy it is to use. A strong digital product needs both: a clear user journey, intuitive functionality and a visual system that brings everything together. On a website, UX decides whether a visitor finds the right service and the contact button without thinking about it, and UI decides whether the site looks trustworthy while they do. We map flows with wireframes and prototypes first and design the interface after, so both are settled before development starts.

What happens after launch?

We can continue with technical maintenance, optimization and ongoing product development. This can include new features, improvements to existing systems and infrastructure that evolves as the product grows. Every website includes a post-launch support period in which we monitor it, resolve technical issues and check that everything works as intended. After that we can continue with ongoing technical support, updates, optimization and new features, so the site keeps pace with your business.
